We collect only what is needed to operate Urban Trails™, process purchases and provide support. This may include:

- Approximate device location during gameplay where needed to verify puzzle solutions
- Essential technical information required to keep the site secure and working correctly
If you give marketing consent, we may also use your email address in securely hashed form for advertising conversion measurement. This does not sign you up for marketing emails, and we do not create a separate advertising database from this information. We do not sell your personal information.

Access & Use of Service
You must be 13 years or older to play. Players under 18 require parental consent. The game requires location services and internet connectivity for full functionality.
Intellectual Property
All game content, including puzzles, story, and characters, are protected by copyright. Sharing puzzle solutions publicly is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in Oxford, UK courts.
Purchases & Payment
Each purchase issues a single-use access code that stays valid until you complete your playthrough. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner.
Safety & Preparedness
We provide guidance on suggested footwear and clothing to help ensure that visitors are prepared for walking and for varying weather conditions. By taking part in our tours, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to dress appropriately.
Refund Policy
Under our “live until complete” policy, we keep your experience active until you finish, so refunds are only approved in extreme circumstances. Contact support@urbantrails.com if you believe your situation qualifies.
