The Mission

Isla MacKenzie reopens the mystery of her great-grandfather, Ewan, who vanished without a trace a century ago. But when a puzzle box filled with cryptic clues resurfaces, so does the trail he left behind.

Join Isla as she follows Ewan’s footsteps through the streets of Edinburgh. Unlock the puzzles, piece together his lost notes, and uncover the truth behind a disappearance that has haunted her family for generations. As you dig deeper, you’ll find yourself unravelling a tangled web that blurs the line between myth and reality.

Every discovery brings you closer to understanding Ewan’s fate, and to solving the mysterious recent disappearances plaguing the city. But the deeper you go, the more you realise: Ewan’s disappearance might be tied to something much larger, a conspiracy that has remained hidden for over a century.

How It Works

    Pick your location, choose Casual or Race mode, and buy your access code. We’ll email everything you need to get started, including your game unlock and the details for your opening mission. All you'll need is a fully charged device and good pair of comfy shoes!

    Once you unlock the game, your personal narrator sets the scene, guides you to the starting point, and leads you through the adventure stop by stop. At each location, you’ll uncover the history, solve puzzles, and watch the story unfold.

    Make your choices. See how it ends.

    As you progress, you’ll respond to the story, make key decisions, and at certain moments choose how your mission continues. Finish the adventure to see your results, compare your stats, and if you played in Race mode, receive your rank on the leader board.
